Strawberry Milk...
 
add to blender:
  • Handful cashews
  • Handful frozen strawberries
  • Squirt of agave
  • Half a vanilla bean
  • Tbsp maca extreme
Blend/strain/serve cold
Keeps in fridge a few days
Shake well before serving.

White Chocolate Crunch Bar!
add to blender:
  • 1 cup melted white cacao butter
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup agave
  • 2 tbsp maca extreme
(you can add any superfoods/herbs you like
 play around with lucuma, ho shou wu
 gojis, cacao nibs etc)

After blending, mix in a cup of dried white mulberrys by hand
Pour batter into trays and place in freezer to harden.
